Sabah is one of the first female surfers of Gaza, and probably she’ll also be the last. After the Hamas terror attack on October 7, she lost everything she had with the war that followed. Locked in and homeless, there is only one way to communicate with the world outside Gaza: Through selfie videos that she sends to her surfer friend in Germany. They once made a film together, but that was in a different time…

Sabah è una delle prime surfiste di Gaza, e probabilmente sarà anche l’ultima. Dopo l’attacco terroristico di Hamas del 7 ottobre, ha perso tutto nella guerra che ne è seguita. Rinchiusa e senza casa, ha un solo modo per comunicare con il mondo fuori da Gaza: i video-selfie che manda alla sua amica surfista in Germania.
