Asavari is a filmmaker with an MFA in Experimental Animation from CalArts and a Screenwriting Certificate from UCLA Extension. She has worked on projects for Snapchat, Google, and YouTube, and collaborated with BIPOC artists as Co-founder and Creative Director of Supernova Design. Her films Chocolate Bacon, Passage, and A New Normal have screened at festivals like Siggraph, Ottawa, and LAAPFF, winning multiple awards. She has also worked on He Named Me Malala, Lego Movie 2, and Israelism, served as a judge for the Annie Awards, and teaches animation at CSULB.

Asavari è una regista con un MFA in Animazione Sperimentale al CalArts e un certificato in Sceneggiatura della UCLA Extension. Ha lavorato a progetti per Snapchat, Google e YouTube, e collabora con artisti BIPOC come cofondatrice e direttrice creativa del collettivo Supernova Design.
